TIP LIST

Eating a heavy meal at night can cause sleeplessness. Eat at least two hours before you plan to go to bed. In case you rink alcohol, kindly limit the amount of alcohol you drink at night often and try not to drink before bed time. The alcohol consumption may disturb your sleep pattern

Avoid caffeine, in case you take up caffeine before sleep time, u cannot find a proper sleep. It normally awake the mind, so better to avoid caffeine consumption before three to four hours before sleep at night.

Regular exercises keeps brain chemicals balanced and helps or stimulates sleep. A few exercises shall induce sleep and provide proper sleep.

It is not good to watch television before sleep. You may listen to some soothing music that shall relax and induce sleep.
